We (the kids, interns and me) arrived safe to Addis Ababa to continue our work with Ethiopian organic farmers. We are glad to have the support and love of our family and friends to do our development activities in Ethiopia.
Now it is the time of Plum in Chencha and we will be starting to process jam, dry fruits and may be wine. A friend from Jena is with us to help us to develop the Eco-tourism of our activities in Chencha and she will teach us also Plum cake. We are working with 300 organic farmers.
Do you have other ideas what to teach our farmers regarding the conservation of Plum?
